My Mama used to make this Thick and Creamy Potato Soup during the winter months for us a lot growing up.

Potato Green Onions Butter Heavy cream Salt Pepper

Ingredients

INSTRUCTIONS Peel and cut up your potatoes, and place them in a big soup pot.

Fill the pot with enough water to just cover the potatoes.

Chop up the green ends of your green onions into small pieces and add them to the potatoes.

Off-white Section Separator

Continue to let it cook until the soup is nice and hot, but never boiling. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
